Holiday schedule Monday Veteran’s day 11/12. 9am wod for crossfit, bootcamp and Crossfit kids. 10am Crossfit. Open gym from 11-1230pm.

19.3 will be this Friday from 430-til last athlete is done.
March 3, 2019
Monday/Presidents Day 9am and 10am Classes only. Holiday schedule. Friday morning schedule normal. “18.1 The Open”, starts at 530pm group warm up, heats will start at 6pm. You can show up/leave anytime. Totally up to you. Workout will be announced by Dave Castro Thursday night.

Even: 10 wall balls (ahap)
Followed by max sit ups
Regular classes all morning
Evening:open gym 430-530
530 warms up, 6pm first heats of 18.1 til the last athlete is done.
